CANONICAL TYPE REFERENCE

PlannedOperationState

A concrete production step pinned to a specific capability

TypeID of this planned operation (pop_…). Generated server-side; a plan upsert replaces its planned operations, so these ids change on every write.

TypeID of the production plan (ppl_…) this step belongs to.

TypeID of the job operation (opr_…) this step realises. Always an operation of the plan's job.

nameString!

Human-readable name of the step, e.g. its shop-floor label. Never empty.

The concrete kind of work performed, chosen from the vertical's operation-kind catalog (e.g. printing, folding, binding).

TypeID of the capability (cpb_…) the assigned work centre must possess. The scheduler resolves it to the capability code it matches against a resource's capability set.

Estimated run time in minutes, excluding setup. Non-negative.

Make-ready time in minutes before the run starts. Non-negative; 0 when the input omitted it.

Planned workload, including planned spoilage where applicable; may be fractional.

Unit of the planned workload.

Expected good output in outputUnit; preferred audit yield target.

Unit shared by good-output and waste measurements.

Number of units this step is planned to produce, in the step's own unit of output. Non-negative; null when the quantity is not planned at this step.

Concrete execution parameters resolved by the scheduling engine (machine configuration, derived make-ready, expected spoilage, run speed …), as free-form JSON. Null until the scheduler has resolved them; not editable by end users.

Display/ordering position of the step within its plan. Defaults to the step's index in the submitted list. Ordering only — execution order comes from the edges.

ISO-8601 timestamp at which this planned operation row was written. Since a plan write re-creates all planned operations, this is the time of the last write to the plan.

ISO-8601 timestamp of the last write to this planned operation.

The routing operation this planned step realizes, including its job. Requires operation:read permission.

The production plan containing this step. Requires productionPlan:read permission.
