CalculatedOperationDuration

Separate calculated phase durations and provenance. Run production quantity includes waste once. Cleanup is informational and not priced as setup/run. ML predictions use an independent phase-compatible basis and never replace calculated pricing.

Zero-based index of the operation in the inferred production DAG.

Authoritative setup phase duration in seconds; null when this phase was not calculated.

Authoritative production run duration in seconds, including the calculation's single waste allowance.

Origin of setup time, such as explicit seconds, capability setup minutes or the work center default.

runSourceString

Origin of run time, distinguishing explicit seconds from physical demand divided by throughput.

Selected eligible machine or work center whose timing profile justified the calculation; absent for unbound explicit times.

Selected production capability used to resolve a compatible throughput and setup profile.

Gross physical machine demand after waste and applicable sheet rounding; distinct from finished-copy quantity.

Physical unit of gross machine demand, such as sheets, impressions or metres.

Configured throughput before efficiency adjustment; its unit and time period are identified by rateProfile.

Capability throughput key or default processing-rate source that identifies how nominalRate was interpreted.

Positive work center multiplier applied to nominal throughput when calculating run time.

Accumulated production demand multiplier; applied once to calculated demand and never again to explicit phase seconds.

Separate configured cleanup time in seconds, retained for scheduling provenance and excluded from setup/run quote costing.
