Aggregate metric data points into time buckets with configurable statistics. Automatically routes to pre-computed continuous aggregates for HOUR/DAY/WEEK/MONTH intervals. Supports gap-filling (LOCF/interpolation), time-weighted averages, and counter delta/rate via Toolkit. For counter metrics, computes delta (last-first) per bucket instead of average. Requires metric:read permission.
