upsertWorkCenter
Create a work center, or fully overwrite an existing one when input.id matches one in the caller's tenant. Unlike updateWorkCenter this replaces every field, so omitted optional fields are cleared. Requires workCenter:write permission.
Arguments
inputUpsertWorkCenterInput!Full work center state to write. Include id to overwrite an existing work center; omit it to create one.
