upsertShiftDefinition
Create or overwrite a shift definition in one call. When input.id names an existing definition its createdAt is preserved; otherwise a new "shd" TypeID is minted. Validation failures come back as payload errors rather than as a GraphQL error. Requires shiftDefinition:write permission.
Arguments
Full state of the shift definition. Omit input.id to create; supply it to overwrite that definition in place.
Returns UpsertShiftDefinitionPayload!
