upsertOperationItems
Batch upsert operation items for an operation (replaces all existing items). Requires operation:write permission.
Arguments
The operation, its job, and the full item list to write. Runs in one transaction: existing items (and their edges) are deleted, then the supplied items are inserted as new PENDING items with fresh ids.
Returns UpsertOperationItemsPayload!
