importCostConfiguration
Import cost configuration from a CSV string. Upserts cost categories, operation-to-category mappings, and cost rates in a single transaction.
Arguments
The CSV to import and the merge mode to apply. Rate values are interpreted as an amount in the row's ISO 4217 currency (defaulting to EUR when blank) per one of the cost category's units (e.g. 75.0 / EUR / HOURS = EUR 75 per hour).
Returns ImportCostConfigurationPayload!
