Write a new version of a stack secret; earlier versions are kept. Plans made before it need re-planning. Requires stack administration.
Arguments
stackIdIaCStackID!Owning stack.
nameString!Secret name: a letter or underscore, then letters, digits or underscores; at most 128 characters.
valueString!Secret value, at most 64 KiB. Stored encrypted and never returned.
