Propose new stack values as a values change: a Change Request on refs/cococo/values that plans main's source with the proposed values and is reviewed, gated and applied like any change. One open values change per stack (CHANGE_EXISTS). Secrets are refused with VALUE_SENSITIVITY_MISMATCH.
Arguments
stackIdIaCStackID!Owning stack; it must have a main (an applied change).
titleString!Short title of the values change; required, one line, at most 255 bytes.
set[IaCValueInput!]!Values to set, each name once.
unset[String!]!Names whose current value the change removes.
Returns IaCGitChangeValue!
