Connect identities, not strings

A reference carries a resource identity and a dependency. Repair the membership without guessing an ID.

3 steps

  1. Use team.fulfillment.id for teamId.

  2. Use user.alice.id for userId, then inspect the dependency links.

  3. Check and simulate the plan.
